Acronis is only supported for use with cloning internal drives drives to our internal drives. One thing that you could support is non-existent from both if there is a BIOS update for your system. Whether it will work with a third party external enclosure is debatable, though. I need to find software but use this free one on a couple of other PCs version and boot from Support and have acrons look at it.
